BACTERIAL ENZYMATIC ADDITIVE
FOR PAPER TREATMENT
BioPaper™ is a powder formulation, studied for the biological degradation of specific pollutants that, when present, reduce operational efficiency in biological wastewater treatment plants. BioPaper™ is suitable for the treatment of wastewater with excess of cellulose, coming from several kinds of industries.
The blend of bacterial strains and nourishments contained in BioPaper™ guarantees a broad-action spectrum, speed of acclimatization in the system, safety, compatibility with existing biomass and maximal efficiency on all kind of plants and their ecosystem.
ADVANTAGES - APPLICATION FIELDS
BioPaper™ completely degrades cellulose and its derivatives and has a synergistic action on the most part of pollutants in wastewater. BioPaper™ can be used both in aerobic and anaerobic conditions with excellent results, increases the capacity and the depuration’s efficiency of the plant, it enhances flocculation and muds sedimentation.
BioPaper™ helps the start-up in new plants, enhances the production efficiency, reduces upsets due to overload or sudden changes, it controls the formation of deposits on tanks bottom, foams and bad smells.
BioPaper™ is indicated for the treatment of:
- oxidation tanks
- equalization tanks
- filters/percolation’s towers
- accumulation tanks
SAFETY - QUALITY
BioPaper™ is a bacterial-enzymatic additive, complete of nourishments, ready to use, safe for men and environment. Microorganisms contained in MasterWWT Grease have been carefully selected from natural strains, not genetically modified. BioPaper™ does NOT contain GMOs.
Use in effluents with pH between 5.5 and 9.5 and temperatures between +5 and +45 °C. Distribute the product evenly in the plant to be treated, repeat the treatment regularly and allocate the total daily dose into at least three times of the day. To use lower dosages, it is necessary to “awake” and acclimate bacteria by diluting 1kg of BioPaper™ in 15 liters of warm water and 5 liters of effluent, by blowing air into the mixture for 2-6 hours before the inoculation.
For Oxidation tanks, bio-rolls and/or bio-disks
INSEMINATION: dose from 5 to 15 gr for m3 of volume of the tank to be treated.
START UP: dose in the tank for the first 6/10 days from 2 to 5 gr for m3/day of incoming effluent.
MAINTENANCE: dose daily in the tank from 1 to 3 gr for m3/day of incoming effluent.
INSEMINATION: dose from 8/10 Kg for 1.000 m2 of surface to be treated.
START UP: dose for the first 6/10 days 3/5 Kg for 1.000 m2 of surface to be treated.
MAINTENANCE: dose daily 0,5/1 Kg for 1.000 m2 of surface to be treated.
For grease trap tanks, wells, ducts
INSEMINATION: dose from 8 to 15 gr for m3 of volume of the tank or for every 100 m of duct to be treated.
START UP: dose in the tank for the first 6/10 days from 6 to 10 gr for m3 of volume of the tank or for every 100m of duct to be treated.
MAINTENANCE: dose daily in the tank from 3 to 8 gr for m3/day of incoming effluent.

WARNINGS - STORAGE
Keep away from the reach of children, store in the original container, well closed, in a cool dry place and at temperatures below 40°C.
Don’t ingest and as hygienic precaution wash hands after handling.
Don't smoke and consume food or drinks during the use.
Don't mix with other products.
